Weered lobby overview
Dota 2
Dota 2 community lobby. Ranked Roles party formation, Turbo and Unranked stacks, Battle Pass coordination, and theorycraft for hero counters. Weered's party finder is built for Dota's strict role-queue system in Ranked Roles. Posts include queue (Ranked Roles, Unranked, Turbo, Ability Draft, Mutation), region (US East, US West, EU West, EU East, SEA, Russia, China, SA, Australia, Dubai), MMR range (Herald through Immortal), role preference (Carry/1, Mid/2, Offlane/3, Soft Support/4, Hard Support/5), hero pool flexibility, voice required, and current rank star/divine tier. Ranked Roles 5-stacks require all five roles filled, with explicit role lock. Solo, duo, and trio posts default to slotting into existing parties. Hero pool tagging lets you indicate range: signature picks, comfort heroes, learning heroes, role flex. Theorycraft room handles patch analysis, lineup composition discussion, ban order coordination, and item build experiments. The Dotabuff and OpenDota integration is on the roadmap. Once a player links their Steam ID, recent matches surface as cards with KDA, lane stats, and replay links. Until then, sharing happens via Dotabuff URL pasting. The existing Dota community lives across r/DotA2, r/learndota2, Dotabuff, OpenDota, the official Dota 2 Discord, and various MMR-specific Discord servers. In-game LFG is friend list and party finder for ranked roles. Weered is the persistent 5-stack room layer for parties that queue together regularly.

About Weered
Weered is a real-time community platform built around lobbies — themed hubs where each game, interest, or scene gets its own space. Live voice rooms, persistent chat, presence (who's playing what, right now), forum discussions, challenges, and tournaments are all first-class features of every lobby. No invites, no servers to set up — just join.
The Dota 2 lobby is one of many on the platform. To participate, open the live lobby and create an account in seconds — Steam, Xbox, PSN, or email all work. Most rooms are public; lobby owners can run their own moderation, tiers, and rules.
