 The streets got a remodel. Here's everything that changed on Weered in November, in one place. ## One bar. One search. The bar from Home now sits on top of every page: your greeting, the search, Downtown and the desktop app, wherever you are. One search finds lobbies, rooms, people, crews and forum posts. The people in your room come up first, then the best name match. It knows Weered too: type **settings**, **store**, **friends** or **invite** and it takes you there.  ## Downtown Home is yours. Downtown is everyone's. Every lobby on Weered, one click from the bar or the sidebar. ## A new Home - Four ways in: **Search**, **Downtown**, **Create** and **Change**. - Every lobby drifts past in a carousel. Hover to hold it, drag to scrub, click to go in. - New accounts start by picking a layout from real pictures of Home: six layouts, three colourways. You can change any of it later.  ## Crews - **Crew badges.** Your crew's tag on a small plate, in your crew's colour, with the corners your leader picks: rounded, square or pill. It sits next to your name in chat, the member list, your ID card, friends, profiles and the crew page. - **Logo and banner.** Leaders upload them from the crew page. - **Tags are claimed.** One crew per tag, 2 to 6 letters and numbers. weered.ca/crew/YOURTAG goes straight to your crew.  ## Voice and video - Click anyone in the voice panel to set their volume. Only you hear the change. - **Push to talk.** Pick a key, or a mouse side button, in your mic settings. - Call quality follows the lobby owner's plan. Free: 480p cams, 720p screen share at 15 fps. Felon: 720p cams, 1080p screen share at 30 fps. Condemned: 1080p cams, 1080p screen share at 60 fps. ## Plans Lobbies are free. Every account gets up to three, no expiry. - **Indicted, $6 a month:** yourname.weered.ca for your place, the full build suite (60 AI builds a day), new lobbies listed right away, pictures in chat kept for good. - **Felon, $14 a month:** one lobby at yourlobby.weered.ca, AI-built blocks and games in your lobbies, HD calls. - **Condemned, $25 a month:** three lobbies at their own weered.ca addresses, a lobby on a domain of your own, screen share at 60 fps. - **Kingpin:** not for sale. You'll know if it's yours. Every paid plan can also put a colour, two colours or your banner behind your ID card, your profile and your name in the lists.  ## Signing in - **Continue with Discord.** Bring the account you already have. - **Stay signed in.** Visit at least once a week and you never have to sign in again. - Sign in remembers your name. ## For lobby owners - **Guest links.** Clients and guests come in with just a name. No account, that lobby only, 12 hours at most. - **Branded sign-in.** Your lobby's invites open a sign-in page in your lobby's name, logo and colours. - **Delete a lobby** from its admin page. Change your mind within 30 days and staff can bring it back. - Lobbies with game news (EVE, Division 2, Fortnite) show one big story with its picture or trailer, beside the headlines. ## The small stuff - **Long pages scroll.** The crew editor, the plans page, feature requests: nothing gets cut off at the bottom of your screen anymore. - **Paper** lives on your ID card now. Click it for the Store. - **Light effects** (in Change your drip): one switch that stills the sky, the snow and the glows on a slower machine. - Animations rest when you walk away, so an open Weered tab stops eating your CPU. - **Avatar background.** Pick the colour behind your avatar in Your look. - **Send feedback** moved to the logo menu. - Support staff are **Medics** now. Look for the red cross. - Our fonts load from our own server now, not Google's. - The front page has a one-minute film. Send it to someone who still lives on Discord. ## GTA VI drops November 19 The GTA 6 lobby is open. Make your rap sheet at [weered.ca/rap](https://weered.ca/rap), claim your crew's tag before someone else does, and see which crews are already in the lobby.
